We take the time to marinate all of our select meats
for a minimum 24 hours, before we slow cook them, or
fire-grill them to order.
Meat selections include fresh tender pork, chicken,
fresh tender pork, chicken, Ancho beef, flank steak, andMexican chorizo sausage.
Our authentic white cheese sauce is sinfully delicious!
We make our famous corn tortillas daily, using only the
very best MASECA brand tortilla flour, and lots of love.

2 flour tortillas with Spanish rice, pinto beans, HA veggies, or your choice of fire-

Simmering Fiesta Bowl ~ 7.95
Warm you soul, with this great comfort food. (Sorry vegans, this one
is for meat lovers only!) Hot simmered, adobo marinated beef and chorizo
sausage, Spanish rice, pinto & black beans in piping hot broth, topped with
white cheese, pico de gallo, fresh sour cream, and a touch of garden fresh
